Refund policy

This Refund & Replacement Policy (“Policy”) governs all orders placed with M/S First Dot (“Company”) through its official website, marketplaces, or any other authorized sales channels. By placing an order, the customer (“You” / “Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

1.1 Mandatory Video Proof
Customers must provide:

A clear 360° video of the sealed package, and

A continuous unboxing video recorded at the time of opening,

submitted within three (3) hours of delivery via:

1.2 Request Timeline
Refunds or replacements may be requested within three (3) calendar days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
a) The product must be Original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
b) The product must be in the same condition as received.

1.3 Exclusions
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

Empty lighter cases (restricted by courier regulations).

Fuel or butane depletion (refilling is the customer’s responsibility).

Products that are used, tampered with, mishandled, or returned in poor/unfit condition.

2. Request Procedure

2.2 Time-Barred Requests
Any request raised after three (3) days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Charges & Deductions

Replacements: All courier charges, including return shipping of the product and re-shipping of the replacement item, shall be fully borne by the Customer.

Refunds: A flat ₹150 processing fee applies (deducted from the refund amount or payable by the Customer).

Timelines: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to verification.

All eligible returns must be shipped by the customer, at their own cost, to the following address:

5. Additional Terms

5.1 Collectible Item Clause: All products are classified as collectible/fancy items. No warranty, guarantee, or after-sales service is provided.

5.2 Logistics Disclaimer: The Company is not liable for courier delays, transit damage, or third-party logistics issues.

5.3 Right to Reject: The Company reserves the right to reject any refund, return, or replacement request that does not comply with this Policy.

Disclaimer & Jurisdiction

This Policy is binding on all purchases made with M/S First Dot. By completing a transaction, the Customer expressly consents to these terms.

⚖️ Jurisdiction Clause: All disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
